Time for the Blues and the Reds to have a say has arrived....
*** Indian cricket team on a rampage , ripping apart the Kiwis on their home soil..
Astonished, bamboozled??????
Yes , it is true... Indian batsmen have ripped apart the kiwi bowling attack in the one-dayers with sachin scoring 160+ in one match and then our very own "viru" scoring the fastest ever century by any Indian in the next match...
The only ray for kiwis in this time is that Indian batsmen get cramped up at end of innings and have to retire...(sachin got cramped after his innings)
Hahahaha !!!!!
I hope this form of the team continues in future....

**** Liverpool (the Reds) are playing like champions...
The challenge for the "Champions league" and the "Premiere league" is on for sure...
The reds have drubbed the so called two most powerful clubs in world soccer- "Real madrid" and " Manchester United"....
Real Madrid-- 5-0 (champions league)
Manchester united- 4-1(league). that too at Old Trafford...

the importance and significance of these wins is stated by just one rare expression on Benitez's face............ "A Smile " !!!!!
Hope to see this trend continue.....

The changing Era

Nothing in this world has ever remained permanent.....
The Era has end..!!!!!
There used to be a time of aussies dominance in cricket, federer dominance in Tenis,M.schumi dominance in formula 1,arsenal then chelsea dominance in EPL,Efren reyes in pool, Netherlands dominance in hockey..etc

The Times have changed... The Era has ended..!!!!

OZ's losing continuously,fedex not being able to handle the swinging returns of Rafa,chelsea conceding a double(losing at Anfield and Stamfford bridge) to Liverpool, no M schumi present.. and the list continues...

May be this is the underlying concept of competitiveness,that you cannot rely on your laurels but have to be up to the mark always...And the time when the battens changeover has to arrive one day...

I hope the competition continues..

My driving force..

Right from the time i took my control,i always had a strong inclination towards playing..It helped me give a balance to my lifestyle as there was pressure of academics on one side and the expectations of parents on the other side....
sports used to refresh me as an individual, and still my urge to play has not diminished...

I childhood I used to play in my locality with my friends,breaking window glasses every alternate day while playing cricket,and getting a scolding after that(actually we all used to vanish after that within 15 sec and no one knew who broke it)...... after that i moved upon to school level,representing my school(St. Annes)...then coming on to college(PEC),proudly representing my university in cricket...and now in a B-school(MDI),playing for it gives a satisfaction that my passions in life have not ended...

i have always been engrossed by all kind of sports ,be it cricket,football,badminton,tennis etc...
Being a fan of steve waugh(cricket),liverpool(soccer),marat safin(tennis),m.schumacher(formula 1), and the list contimues... I have always had a reason to be involved in some sphere of sports and look up to someone and have my expectations..

As we move on in life,we have to manage a lot of things... our priorities change... I hope that my passion for sports always remains as fresh as the early morning dew drops on the petals of a flower...
